Return Policy 

If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us immediately (postmarked within 21 days of our dispatch) for a full refund of the cost of goods. You pay the return postage costs. To receive a full refund, goods must be received in new condition with original packing. Please post to:

Back Order Policy
If the product you have ordered is not available, you may choose from the following options:

1. You can receive a full refund.

2. You may choose an alternative product. If you select a product of less value we will provide a refund for the difference. If the product you select is a higher value, please pay the difference.

3. You may wait for the product to become available.



Shipping Policy 
Our available shipping options for regular retail orders are (1) 21 to 28 day Registered Air Parcel; (2) 5-7 day EMS Delivery (No PO Box Address). The post office provides a tracking several days after the parcel is dispatched. The tracking number is generally not live for searching until the parcel reaches the country of destination. If you have any questions regarding your parcel please contact us and our freight provider will do a trace. They generally respond to the request by the next day however sometimes there may be a delay in obtaining the information.

Registered Air Parcel requires you to sign to take delivery, if you prefer to make delivery without signing, please specify at "Add Comments About Your Order" during checkout and we will ship it by Unregistered Air Parcel. By doing so you would agree that the title of the goods has passed to you upon shipment and no claim for lost parcel.

Damaged Goods Policy
If the product you receive is damaged or has been damaged in transit please return it to us immediately (postmarked within 21 days of our dispatch). We will arrange for the goods to be picked up. You can either have the goods replaced or receive a full refund.
